Drawing on resources such as narrative, emotion and cognitive behavioural therapies and psychodynamic concepts, Jean works with individuals experiencing pain in their lives, and helps them explore and address the issues affecting their sense of well-being. During the course of therapy, clients develop the insight and skills to solve problems, initiate change within daily life, and ultimately, attain their goals.
