Healthy self-esteem is vital to well-being, empowering our ability to feel good about ourselves and to effectively manage life’s many challenges. It enables us to cultivate satisfying relationships and to tap more fully into our own resources. Low self-esteem can lead us to doubt our personal worth and competency, negatively impacting all areas of our lives.

We will work towards building your self-esteem, exploring the experiences and sources that contribute to it while enhancing the awareness of your internal life. Developing self awareness along with other means informs an integral part of our work together. Thoughts, emotions, needs and wants are an important part of therapy, enabling you to see more clearly the things that support or prevent you from feeling good about yourself and effectively navigate life.
